Use of the www.LombardGuns.com website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.
Firearm Purchases.
You acknowledge, agree to, and accept all of the above conditions for purchasing ammunition and…
You MUST be 21 years old to purchase a hand guns and receivers. You MUST be 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
Firearms are ONLY sent to licensed FFL dealers or C&R holders where applicable. If you are the end user and you are having your firearm shipped to a dealer for transfer, we must have your dealers FFL on file and you must have their permission to have your firearm shipped to them for transfer prior to placing your order with us. Federal background checks are required before the FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you. ALL dealers will charge you a fee for transferring a firearm and you should contact the dealer to ask the amount of that free prior to placing your order with us.
Lombard Guns must have a current copy of the dealers signed FFL or Collector of Curio & Relics License (C&R) BEFORE you can place your order with us. It is also required to have a copy of any other necessary licenses that may be required on file prior to placing your order.
You understand firearms, especially military surplus firearms, by their very nature are inherently dangerous and you accept full liability for product failure or misuse. You also accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of any firearms you purchase and/or possess.
All orders placed without, or prior to, a signed copy of the Federal Firearms License (or other necessary licensing) on file may be deleted without notice.
Lombard Guns reserves the right to refuse any firearm order.
Lombard Guns strongly recommends having all firearms, especially military surplus firearms, checked by a qualified gunsmith before firing.
If you order a firearm that normally comes with a mag that is not allowed in your state (due to hi capacity for example), your firearm will be shipped without the mag and with no adjustment nor discount to the price of the firearm.
You, the customer, are responsible for contacting your selected FFL prior to placing your order to verify the following 1) if they will accept the transfer for ALL items on your order, 2) what is their current address and does it match what is shown in their listing on our site for your order, 3) are they still in business, 4) what fees will they charge you for conducting the transfer. Lombard Guns will not be responsible for any issues that arise from the customer’s failure to follow this step. Lombard Guns does not have any relationships with the FFLs on the list and thus the FFL is not a representative of Lombard Guns in any manner.
Warranty Policy
LombardGuns.com extends no warranty and is not responsible for any damages due to failure of used products.
Used parts and firearms are sold as is. This “sold as-is” policy includes ALL C&R eligible firearms.
We suggest having a certified gunsmith inspect, install and/or test all used parts and firearms prior to use.
Owner’s manuals are provided with most, but not all, firearms.
New firearms/products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns/repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer.
Most manufacturers will require the customer pay shipping to get a firearms to them for repair. This is not ideal, but is the policy of most. Please expect to be responsible for the shipping if you have a warranty issue. Please do not order from our company if this is a concern to you. We are being 100% upfront in an effort to avoid you being surprised later.
Refund Policy
Returns are very costly to internet sellers of firearms. Due to the expense incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of the delivery date.
You must first call to get a return # before returning any merchandise. Failure to do so will result in your return package not being accepted.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in ALL instances except one in which we shipped you the incorrect item due to our error. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a call tag or return shipping label may be issued to return the item.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which we sent them. Lombard Guns reserves the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
IMPORTANT – An RMA # and a detailed note explaining the reason must be included with all returns. Be sure to include all current contact information, ie, name, address, daytime phone number, email address and copy of invoice.
For all items under a manufacturer warranty, the customer should handle the return directly with the manufacturer.
No returns will be accepted on any parts kits for any reason, including missing/damaged parts. Buyer assumes all responsibility for missing/damaged parts, etc when ordering a parts kit.
No returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues, missing items, etc once the firearm(s) has been transferred to you by your FFL (dealer). ALWAYS inspect your firearm(s) PRIOR to accepting the transfer from your dealer.
Shipping charges are never refunded. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you. No exceptions.
If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from your FFL for any reason (not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.
Shipping Policy
We Will only ship to FFL Dealers
We cannot ship outside of the 50 U.S. States.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Most orders ship in 3- 7 Business days once the order is Complete (excluding weekends, holidays and unforeseen circumstances) .Most orders ship in 1 -2 business days after completion but could take longer based on the incoming & outgoing shipping load . A order is not complete until we have received the FFL license if it is a firearm order .
We can not offer custom delivery times or options or any other request .
If you purchase a Firearms and other items on the same order , ALL of the items will ship to the dealer . We do not offer split shipments to multiple locations .
Ammo,Firearms orders are sent Adult Signature Required it is your responsibility to have someone available to sign for the order any returned shipments subject to a 15 % restocking fee. Shipments can NOT be re routed to another address once shipped .
All other orders are sent Signature Required to Verify Delivery it is your responsibility to have someone available to sign for the order any returned shipments because of lack of signature will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
Cancelled or changed orders will be subject to a service fee even if not shipped out , if your order has shipped out and you cancel you will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20 % restocking fee Please make sure you actually want the item Before you order.
Due to a high volume of orders we do not combine shipping of orders that are placed separate from each other .
All firearms will be sent out insured with tracking numbers.
Free shipping offers only apply to the continental 48 states. No free shipping to AK and HI. If an order that contained free shipping is returned, a 15% restocking fee will always apply in order to cover the shipping costs we incurred.
If you purchase a firearms and other items on the same order All items will ship to the FFL dealer we do not offer split shipments on the same order .
Please inspect your order. Once delivered if you have a shortage this will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery & we will be glad to rectify any missing product. Please email our office with your contact info, original order number and what was missing from your order. Please note we will not be able to help you on a shortage that is not reported within the 3 day time frame of delivery.
Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, all items are shipped insured. If you receive an item that is damaged, please have your tracking number ready and contact the shipper directly to place a claim. Please retain all boxing and shipping materials as they may need to be inspected prior to a claim being settled. Should any damage occur, Atlantic Firearms will be happy to assist you with contacting the shipper, but will not be held financially responsible for the item or its replacement cost. With purchase of the insurance, the buyer assumes all risk associated with shipping damage. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
All orders are sent Signature Required to verify delivery it is your responsibility to make sure someone will be there to sign for the package any returned orders due to lack of signature will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Lombard Gun’s, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit LombardGuns.com or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

We only ship firearms to an FFL holder.
